Double Choco No Touch

Double Choco No Touch is a variation of Double Choco proposed by Anuraag Sahay, originally under the name Fillomino Double Choco, reflecting its similarity to Fillomino — specifically the rule that regions of the same size must not touch.
The first puzzle of this type was constructed by Andrey Bogdanov, who introduced the final name Double Choco No Touch as part of the Double Choco Delight contest.

The added no-touch constraint significantly restricts how areas can be formed, placing greater emphasis on the black/white shading structure and reducing the need for many clue digits. As a result, the variant offers a more shape-driven and visually dynamic style of logic compared to the original Double Choco.

Rules

Divide the grid along the grid lines into regions. Each region must contain one orthogonaly connected area of white cells and one area of shaded cells. The pair of areas must be of the same shape and size. The areas may be rotated or mirrored. A number indicates how many cells of one color the region contains. A region may contain several numbers - in this case all numbers must be equal. Regions of the same size shouln't share an edge.
